Xanthoparmelia scarbrosa is a kind of lichen belonging to the genus Xanthoparmelia and the family Parmeliaceae. This family of lichen is found allover the world. The name xanthoparmelia means ¡®golden yellow parmelia¡¯. The photobiont (photosynthetic partner) is trebouxioid (a genus of algae). A number of chemicals are found naturally in Xanthoparmelia scabrosa, importantly including PDE5 inhibitors, such as epipolythiopiperazinediones, Pyrazolo pyrimidinone, 4-Methylpiperazine and Pyrazolo Pyrimidin-7-1. In the body, cyclic Guanosine MonoPhosphate (cGMP) relaxes the muscles around the penis, increasing blood flow, and thus allows a proper erection. Phosphodiesterase-V (PDE-5) binds to and destroys cGMP. If you have erectile dysfunction or have just ejaculated, your levels of cGMP are extremely low because the PDE-5 breaks down the cGMP, weakening your erection. Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa with these substances supports healthy erectile function, delays the work of the PDE-5 enzymes, make the penis stay erect longer and delays the flaccid state; relax smooth muscles around the penis, maximize arterial dilation, increase blood flow to the penis, then dramatically increases libido. It works in the body similarly to Horny Goat Weed Extract, but may be more effective than Horny Goat Weed for some people. Xanthoparmelia scabrosa Extract containing these PDE-5 inhibitors and with 35% Piperazine standardized, is used for sexual dysfunction in men and women, and is used as natural substitutor of Pyrazolo pyrimidinone, which is the core component of leading prescription medications for impotence. Normally it is suggested Xanthoparmelia formulated with cnidium fruit or Quebracho Extract, which is proved to be a very good aphrodisiac. Scabrosin esters (SEs), which have been recently isolated from the lichen Xanthoparmelia scabrosa, belong to the epipolythiodioxopiperazine (ETP) class of secondary metabolites characterized by possession of a reactive disulfide bond. Research shows SEs Can kill cancer cells Piperazine is an organic compound that consists of a six-membered ring containing two opposing nitrogen atoms. Piperazine exists as small alkaline deliquescent crystals with a saline taste. Many piperazine derivatives occur naturally. Piperazine was first introduced as an anthelmintic in 1953. A large number of piperazine compounds have anthelmintic action. Piperazine hydrate and piperazine citrate are the main anthelminthic piperazines. These drugs are often referred to simply as "piperazine" which may cause confusion between the specific anthelmintic drugs and the entire class of piperazine-containing compounds. Piperazines, especially Benzylpiperazine (BZP) and Trifluoromethylphenylpiperazine (TFMPP) are more like amphetamines, a drug that increases energy and excitement and makes you less hungry. The Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa Extractused in dietary supplements is derived from the bark of the plant lichen (Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa).
